Youth institute for democratic initiatives (yidi-ghana) is an independent, non-partisan mentorship, youth empowerment, research and advocacy organisation that aims at enhancing democracy through the involvement of the youth. yidi is dedicated to the promotion of mentorship, youth empowerment, research and advocacy and any other objective of benefit to the youth. yidi’s main target group are the youth in the second cycle and tertiary institutions in particular and the youth of ghana in general. the “youth institute for democratic initiatives” ngo is a voluntary union of young people who accept the values adopted by yidi and are readily contributing their resources and energies to spread those values and accomplish the mission of the organization voluntarily. we need books and educational materials to help us reach out to the ghanaian and african youth in general. we are looking for partners and sponsorship as well.
